Job summary

Business process manager evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls business System &  processes

Ideal Candidate:

  • Work with Senior Management to build Organizational Activity Charts
  • Build Business Process and Quality Assurance/Conformance documentation
  • Assist different teams in building Best Practices by mentoring, training, documenting, providing relevant infrastructure, knowledge and guidance. 
  • Ensuring the Company is represented properly in various Industrial, Government, PPP and international forums. 
  • Benchmarking with Industry leaders and establishing best practices of operations
  • Ensuring Quality of Output and ISO standards adherence in all activities of the Company
  • Building Communication Channels within the team members; as well as establishing new communication channels with other entities for the growth  of Company
  • Engage with colleagues in Sales BPR and IS&T to identify and document the related business architecture solution and systems integration requirements. This includes the identification of key integration points, systems dependencies and master data, reporting, access and provisioning requirements
  • Build Dashboards using relevant metrics for each team and individual
  • Expertise in writing funding proposal to various government & non government organization
  • High level documentation such as patent writing/ product development & operation manual  

Qualification: MBA or any engineering degree with reputed college/University

Salary- 5.5 to 6.0 LPA

Experience required:  4 years min in Project Management / Legal experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Business Development for company’s product and services in South Gujarat
  • Devising and implementing Sales plan in accordance with Company’s goals
  • Developing new client accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Managing Technical & Commercial activities related to Company’s day to day operations
  • Maintaining Company’s instruments and assets at your resident office
  • Ensuring smooth operations of resident office
  • Safekeeping of the Company and its customer’s assets that are with you for demo, delivery, service or any other purpose
  • Traveling and meeting with customers at above places on regular basis

Education: B.E. / B. Tech - Electronics / Instrumentation 

Experience: 02 to 03 Years

Reporting To: Business Manager- Distribution

Salary:  2,0,000 to 2,50,000
